From June 17 to 19, 2026, AVACOM returns to the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall · Level 1, to participate as an exhibitor at the 2026 edition of InfoComm: billed by the organizer as "the world's most vital Pro AV show", the most important event in the Americas for audiovisual technology and systems integration. AVACOM will be at Booth C9901, Hall C. It is the company's second consecutive participation at the fair and, once again, AVACOM stands as the only Colombian EdTech present on the show floor.
This second edition is not a symbolic return. After a 2025 in which AVACOM consolidated alliances with North American distributors and opened the first formal conversations with institutional integrators in Florida, Texas and California, the team arrives at InfoComm 2026 with a concrete commercial agenda, a matured product ecosystem and documented deployment results that can be shown live at the booth.
Continuity of an internationalization plan
InfoComm 2026 is part of the sustained international presence strategy that AVACOM started in 2025 with its debut at ISE Barcelona and, months later, at the previous edition of InfoComm. The premise remains the same: educational technology designed and produced in Colombia has a place in the most demanding markets in the world, when presented with technical rigor, real support and a clear pedagogical narrative.
After ISE Barcelona 2026, where the team held 28 qualified conversations with contacts from more than 20 countries over four days, InfoComm Las Vegas is the natural next step to strengthen the North American flank of the plan.
What AVACOM presents at the booth
The AVACOM booth at InfoComm 2026 is organized into four live demonstration areas, all connected and operating as an integrated ecosystem:
- eScreen interactive displays: 4K LED touch panels with pre-loaded pedagogical software, operating in offline mode to show how the classroom works when there is no stable connectivity.
- Integrated smart classrooms: a complete set of interactive boards, tablets, auto-tracking cameras and centralized control, showing the real choreography of a hybrid class.
- eClass Digital platform: the offline-first software layer that syncs curriculum content when there is a network and keeps running without interruption when there isn't.
- Teacher training as a product: the fourth pillar of the ecosystem, presented as a competitive differentiator: no educational technology adopted without trained Teachers.
Returning to InfoComm in 2026 with already documented 2025 results is another conversation entirely. We're showing what happened when an entire municipality, Armenia, adopted the complete ecosystem.
Why it matters for Latin America
AVACOM's presence at InfoComm fulfills a function that goes beyond the company: it places a Latin American firm in the space where the audiovisual and EdTech sector's technical and commercial decisions are made at a global scale. Each year in which a regional EdTech occupies a booth in Las Vegas is a year in which the region stops being only a market and starts being an offering.
For the North American integrators and distributors who visit the booth, AVACOM offers something uncommon: a provider with its own intellectual property (patents registered with Colombia's Superintendency of Industry and Commerce), its own supply chain with manufacturing in Shenzhen, documented pedagogical support and verifiable cases of complete municipal deployment.
Confirmed milestones before the event
Heading into the fair, AVACOM arrives with three elements it didn't have in 2025:
- Armenia 2025 case: complete municipal digitalization program documented and cited by RCN and El Quindiano, available as a case study at the booth.
- AVIXA membership in process: formally initiated at ISE 2026, it adds context and credibility before the institutional audiovisual ecosystem.
- Expanded manufacturing line in Shenzhen: recent announcement that reinforces responsiveness for orders from North America.
